Dr. Pooja Saroha
After graduating from Boston University Dental School, Dr. Saroha has been practicing in the Boston area for the past 15 years. She also has a Masters in Dental Public Health from Kings College in London, and believes in preventative dentistry as the main pillar of oral health. When she does an exam or restorative procedure, it's a great time to educate the patients, identify the risk factors, intervene early and prevent most of the dental conditions. She also believes in “whole health”, and that there is a mouth and body connection.
Dr. Saroha is very disciplined about keeping abreast with the latest concepts and procedures in the dental field so she can provide the best for her patients. She has been actively involved with dental research and has served as a peer reviewer for several manuscript submitted for various journals of the Academy of General Dentistry. She's an evaluator at Dental Product Shopper, a member of renowned Spear education and every year completes more Continuing Education courses than required by the state. Her clinical interests include crowns and bridges, implants, restorative and laser dentistry with focus on latest new dental research with compassionate patient treatment.
Outside the practice she loves spending time with her husband of 20 years and her 2 kids. She loves traveling, is a foodie and loves trying out new restaurants. She likes being active and outside as much as the weather allows in New England. She enjoys doing Yoga and finds that it helps her connect better with her patients. She also likes making flower arrangements which she finds very relaxing. She also loves to volunteer and is actively involved in her community.
